For Supervisors

Use the URL Builder below to create custom links for your drivers. This pre-fills their information so they only need to complete the analysis.

Event Details Examples:
• "Hard Braking - Driver on cell phone while entering school zone"
• "Following Distance - Tailgating delivery truck on Highway 34"
• "Speed Event - Exceeding limit in residential area during school hours"
• "Lane Departure - Drifting due to fatigue on I-25 Northbound"

Add links to the camera event videos so the driver can review what happened before completing their analysis. (Optional - add as needed)

Direct uploads go to Cloudinary. Max 100 MB per video. Existing video files only.
